After taking a short workshop on social media marketing from Roy Prevost, I signed up for his e-letter. In the multitude of e-letters I have subscribed and unsubscribed to since that time, I realized two years later that I still read and enjoy his short, direct and insightful thoughts about small business, social media and customer service.
In particular, I am inspired by Roy`s passion for small business’ ability to compete with big box retail through building customer loyalty, creatively applying social media tools and capitalizing on trends in the market place.
On his website Roy is described as an international speaker, best-selling author, customer service activist, entrepreneur, and futurist who forecasts trends on the “Future Consumer.”
“As an authority on Big Box Retail and a leading authority on Social Media Marketing, Roy Prevost gives small business the tools and techniques to thrive and prosper in the Big Box Retail environment. His best-selling
book, “Turbocharge Your Retail Business“, focuses on this topic.
Through coaching and workshops, Roy Prevost helps small business increase confidence, improve profitability, build customer loyalty, and triumph over competition.”
